I had a salad with baby spinach and red leaf lettuce, 2 mini whole wheat pita pockets and 2 tablespoons of hummus. I love Hummus! My salad is boring, just greens but I like it that way.

ETA- I also had 1 ounce fresh blackberries. So yummy. I don't know how I could forget about the blackberries! lol

I have some lemon herb chicken that I will put on the foreman(sp?) and baby spinach wrapped up in some flax  bread.

I had tomatoe soup with 1/2 peas and 11 whole wheat crackers with 1 serving cheese.

 I had a turkey bacon sandwich with a sprinkle of chees and some blueberry yoplait yo plus yogurt.

Salad- romaine and baby spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, green onions, zucchini, feta, egg white, and 2T dorothy lynch. All for 230 calories!
