Soda

I really noticed today how much soda I really drink, and how many calories I am gulping away. I am just starting my weight loss journey and want to drop the sodas. How do deal with the cravings, and the "need" for a soda? Thanks!

I never have been a super soda nut and drank diet a lot anyway.  Just make up your mind to have one a week and that is it.  Don't buy any or have any in your house so you won't be tempted at home.

    We use to drink soday ALL the time I mean have CASES down the basement!  One year for lent about 4 years ago now we gave it up.  I made Iced Tea, got flavored sparkling water, and just plan water.  After Lent we never picked it up again and really only have it when we have pizza.  I don't miss it, oh the other thing I started drinking was green tea with citrus.  LOVE IT!

I tend to drink 1 can a day if that? I only drink it with my lunch and it's always a diet. I try not to so my fluids I drink are healthy.
