went from 112 to 106 in 2 weeks... all eating healthy and exercising.. this is the best ive looked so far... im happy with my results from all my hard work!

I wish I can loose weight I have been eating healthy and working out for a month and a half and nothing :( ....LOOK GREAT MAMA TOTALLY JEALOUS

You look great, you looked great before too. I forgot to do before and after pictures. I will tonight. And I certainly need to get on with the healthy eating, Ive been so hungry lately im eating everything in sight. Counter productive.

I agree you look great even before but I can see how much you have toned up! I have dropped 30lbs but I still have another 30lbs to lose. I will post pics when I get home.

ive been losing...BUT i am no where near bikini body...lol...probably never will be...more like tankini body!  right now its def a one piece body!! lol great job though! you look wonderful!

This is after 4 full months of working out. I went from 157-125. I have a lot of toning to do though

Nice progress. Honestly, eating more healthy foods and 45 mins of cardio 3-4 times a week... about 2-3 times a week i do 3 sets of 25 crunches.... then 2 seperate lower ab workouts both 3 sets of 25.... i would say cardio is my best friend though...
