Anyone have any ideas? So I don't power out? I'm stumped. I have a hard time hitting my calorie range so high and low calorie snack ideas are welcome.
Thanks!

My favorite snack is a cup of Chobani plain greek yogurt with a few frozen berries and some sliced almonds

My favorite snack is cottage cheese with pineapple chunks or apple slices with either peanut butter or almond butter

These sound great! I've never thought to mix pineapple and yogurt. I bet it's good.

Yogurt or a boiled egg and fruit. Protein after a workout is the best way to go - helps you build lean muscle and is also filling. I know I'm always starving after a good workout!

I always have on hand: cottage cheese, fresh fruit (I preslice), cashews, peanuts, pistachios, hardboiled eggs, yogurt.

walnuts, almonds, celery with peanut butter, chobani greek yogurt (they have tons of diffrent flavors!), yoplait smoothie ( I use water instead of milk and it still tastes great), any fruit, cheese stick, sweet potato (baked or as fries).....that's all I have for now.

These are really great, thanks ladies :D
I'm going to look for chobani when I go out tomorrow. Funny that i went to Greece and dont recall seeing any yogurt. Is it made with goats milk?

I don't know why snacks with pb never cross my mind, they're so good!!
