I want to do a triathalon sprint. That is 400m swim, 9mile bike ride, 5k run.

Im still in ok shape but am UP 40lbs :( The race day is Aug 6. My dad thinks thats not enough time to train.

Is it possible? Its about 3 months away.

No plan. I do want to meet with a trainer at my gym to have them help me with a plan.

That is plenty of time to train! However, I will caution you NOT to see the advice of one of the trainers at the gym. The odds of them knowing the proper way to train for a Tri or any race is slim. Trainers are equipped to aide you in the gym- not for running a race. When it comes to racing- go to the pros that race all the time. There are plenty of FREE training programs online.
