I enjoy walking. I can literally walk for miles. I am trying to walk once a week and do an exercise video once a week. I have a very active job so somedays I do not have any energy left to exercise.

AWESOME! I'm in!
We just bought bikes and a trailer for the kiddos so my plan is to bike a lot more... ideally to parks and things... it would be cool to barely use our car during the summer and just bike to the lake, park etc...
