IHOP's Simple & Fit Two-Egg Breakfast (scrambled egg substitute, two strips of turkey bacon, whole wheat toast, fresh fruit cup)
Bob Evans Turkey Sausage Breakfast (one turkey sausage link, no-cholesterol egg substitute, wheat toast, fresh fruit cup)

Scroll Down to See The Winner

Which "light" breakfast platter is lower in calories?

Both of these breakfasts are geared to a healthy eater. They offer some healthy alternatives, like light egg substitutes, and are actually very similar in terms of fat grams. But which one is as low-cal as it appears?

 The Low-Cal Winner
IHOP's Simple & Fit Two-Egg Breakfast

IHOP has done breakfast right with this option. For 350 calories and 8 grams of fat, you can enjoy the taste of all your breakfast favorites. Bob Evan's Turkey Sausage Breakfast has just 12 more calories (362) and actually 1 less gram of fat at 7 grams. To save on extra fat and calories, skip the margarine or butter on the toast of both breakfasts. Another breakfast option: Order ala carte and choose healthy items like fruit, whole wheat toast (ask for butter/margarine on the side), and veggie omelets made with egg whites.
