CafeMom is thrilled to welcome our panel of guest nutritionists to the group. Throughout the month of July, these nutrition experts and dieticians will be on hand to share their expertise and answer your questions.

Please welcome the panelists joining us this month!

Rania Batayneh: Rania Batayneh, MPH is known as America's Eating StrategistTM. She established her consulting practice, Essential Nutrition For You, in San Francisco in 2001 to educate and empower her clients to become more confident consumers of all things health and wellness. You can follow her @nutritionist77 and become a fan on Facebook. She is currently writing her first book "Confessions of a Nutritionist" and hopes to share her winning strategies related to weight loss and lasting results with a larger audience.

Rovenia Brock: Rovenia Brock is a health journalist and television personality known for her easy-to-apply diet, fitness, and health tips for women and families. She holds a Ph.D. in Nutritional Sciences from Howard University and is author of "Dr. Ro's Ten Secrets to Livin' Healthy," which addresses the specific needs, interests, and lifestyle issues of African American women. Keri Gans: Keri Gans is a Registered Dietitian in private practice in Manhattan. She holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. She is the author of "The Small Change Diet: 10 Steps to a Thinner, Healthier You." Keri specializes in eating disorders, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, general wellness, hypertension, and weight management. You can visit her website at kerigansnutrition.com.

Janet Helm: Janet Helm is a writer, registered dietitian and mom of twins. She blogs at Nutrition Unplugged, where she tries to help people make sense of nutrition news.  She has been a media spokesperson for the American Dietetic Association and is a frequent contributor to the Chicago Tribune.

Ashley Koff: Ashley Koff is an internationally-renowned registered dietician. She has been featured as the resident dietician on CW's highly-anticipated "Shedding for the Wedding" couples' health transformation show, and is currently the featured dietician for Lifetime's "Love Handles: Couples In Crisis" couple's weight loss program. Her latest book, "Mom Energy," written in collaboration with celebrity trainer Kathy Kaehler, will be available in September 2011. You can find her website here.

Martha McKittrick, RD, CDN, CDE - a New York City based registered dietitian/certified dietitian-nutritionist and certified diabetes educator. She has been a staff dietician at the New York Presbyterian Hospital for 20 years and also has a private practice where she specializes in weight management, diabetes, women's health, PCOS and heart health. Monica Reinagel: Monica Reinagel, also known as Nutrition Diva, is a Licensed Nutritionist and a professionally-trained chef.  She has authored four books on health and nutrition, including "Nutrition Diva's Secrets for a Healthy Diet." She is also the creator of the IF Rating system, a scientific method of estimating the inflammatory and anti-inflammatory potential of foodsYou can find out more about her here.

Rebecca Scritchfield: Rebecca Scritchfield is a registered dietician and nutrition therapist.  She created "The Nurture Principles," five motivational "mantras" to help people navigate their personal path to wellness, which she presents to organizations nationwide. She also started the first online social media community to remind people about the importance of self-care called "Me First," available at www.theMEmovement.com.

Gloria Tsang: Gloria Tsang, RD, is the founder of HealthCastle.com, the largest online nutrition network run by registered dietitians. Her latest book, "Go UnDiet,"  helps women lose weight for good without following a rigid diet plan or counting calories. Her work has appeared in major national publications, and she is a regularly featured nutrition expert for media outlets across the country. HealthCastle.com offered fun and practical diet tips to 7.5 million readers in 2010. 

Hope Warshaw: Hope Warshaw, a nationally recognized registered dietitian and diabetes educator, is the author of several straight-talking best-selling books including, "Eat Out, Eat Right: The Guide to Healthy Restaurant Eating" and "Diabetes Meal Planning Made Easy." Lisa Young: Lisa Young is nutritionist  in New York City and an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Nutrition, Food Studies, and Public Health at New York University (NYU). She is an expert on portion sizes and is author of "The Portion Teller Plan." She holds a doctorate in nutrition from NYU and is a registered dietician.

Elisa Zied: Elisa Zied is a nutrition consultant, author, and speaker. She is the author of "Nutrition at Your Fingertips" and co-author of "Feed Your Family Right!" and "So What Can I Eat?" What is your goal for this long weekend?

- A. Catch up on Sleep

-B. Take a walk everyday for 30 minutes or go to the gym

-C. Enjoy more Veggies at the BBQ

-D.Start keeping a food journal
