LOL! I never thought I would actually say that! :)

I started the 30 day Shred today. OMG! I sweated a whole bunch, cried a little, and threw up.... and now I have a major cramp in my leg and I feel weak... That crap works you out!!!! Holy crap!!!!!

I sure hope it gets better from here. Oh, and I used the weights...

Props to all you ladies who got through the entire thing because I barely made it through day 1! lol

It gets slightly easier with time.... For me the first 3-4 days is always the hardest

Hahah, I haven't done 30 day shred, but workouts do get easier over time, just keep trying. :)

It does get easier. Try and take a hot shower and streatch a lot today. Keep on going momma!!

I agree with PP, stretch, take a warm bath, drink lots of water and stick with it! It will get easier. You did great pushing though pain!

I've been doing for 2 wks and this morning when I stepped on the scale, it said I gained. Going to do level 1 for another wk then do level 2 for 3 wks and 3 for 3 wks. Starting a whole new regimen starting today. Ugh.

Lmao! That was funny, and good that you pushed yourself. Im doing it too this is my second week day 4 and its still tuff but easier than day one for sure. My first week i lost two pounds so it works :) Keep it up your doing good, you feel the pain, just dont hurt yourself. Like pp said hot bath and lots of stretching.
