It's wednesday! Half way through the week! How are you doing with food & exercise? Hope everyone is on track and focused! We can do it! :o]

Doing good so far. I think I am finally over my vacation hump....as long as I keep it up it should be a good weigh in week! :o)

I'm doing amazing with water and exercise! I'm sucking big time on food BUT today is a New day!! I CAN DO THIS!

Doing awesome with exercise and water intake. I'm staying under my calories but I don't think I'm making the healthiest of choices.

Yes I've been going well with exercise and calories but weigh in is tomorrow and so far I'm down 0.2 so I'm not expecting much of a loss :b

I'm eating more calories than I usually do and today I exercised a bit less and slept in a bit more. 

But I still think I'm doing great. I'm listening to my body and I really think my body needed a bit of a break and probably a few more calories to help me recover. Maybe that's just an excuse, but I'm going with my gut on this.
