Did my first bike ride (taking kiddos to school), that was about 20 mins. Thinking I may skip my 30 DS today and take DD and the pooch for a walk instead. My stomach muscles are killing me!!! Level 3 is intense!!!

I think I'll do 30 day shred or NMTZ and some exercise bike in about 12 hours ;)

Jogged 2 miles in 20 minutes

Ran a mile in 8

Walked another 3. 

It's definitely an off day for me. And that's fine I think.

20 minutes on the bike, circuit training, the butt buster (lol) for 5 minutes and ab machine for 10 machine.
