Critique me please

Thought we would start a post where we can each post our food for an entire day and have Claire critique our food options. I am sure there is more that I can learn and I am willing to get help.

Just a side note Claire, I am BEYOND picky as far as what I eat, but I am still open to some suggestions!!!

Also note that I haven't had dinner yet, but I am thinking about Parmesan crusted tilapia!

I know today wasn't a very good day at all, but I am accounting for everything I put in my mouth. I have to be honest!

Yours looks like Spark People! :) That's who I use!

My day so far (had a lot of dressing with my salad which I shouldn't have, but oopsie. Ha Ha. Also had a Coca Cola... grrr.... but I had already had my 8 cups of water when I did! lol)

I too am VERY selestive with my food. :) 

I also haven't had dinner yet but I am thinking Grilled chicken tenderloins, garlic and herb angel hair pasta, corn on the cob and green beans.

I can't figure out the copy & paste on my laptop so this is my days' food...

Breakfast: 2 cups of coffee w/about 2 tbsp 2% milk and 2 tsp of sugar, 3/4c honey nut cheerios w/ 1/2 cup 2% milk

Lunch: 2 servings of Chef Boyardee whole grain ABC & 123 w/meatballs (LOL)

Snack: Post Cocoa Pebbles treat (90 cal bar)

Dinner: haven't had it yet but thinking some Chicken Parmagiana (Bremer, Aldi's brand). not sure what to have with it yet.

Oh I know! I was bad too! lol

I had a coca cola, captains wafers and extra dressing (I normally have 2tbsp - and to be honest there was more than likely more salad greens than 3 cups but I didn't measure)! EEK!

I absolutely LOVE Spaghettio's ha ha.  And I convince myself it's okay because they have servings of veggies! ;) Lol

Yep, mine is Sparkpeople. I did the see my day function or whatever since I don't want to copy the screen shot and save it and then add a photo. Lol
