losing inches..

HELP ME PLEASE LOSE INCHES OFF THESE DAG BLASTED LOVE HANDLES!!! I want them to shrink. Everything I'm doing isn't working!! Any ideas will he helpful! I'm starting to walk in the mornings outside its 3miles round trip and I got more batteries for my wii controllers so I can start doing zumba again! Anything else?!

 I've been doing kettle bell swings and squat thrusts. Supposedly those combine blast belly fat love handles included. I do not have results to give you since this is my first week doing them but you can certainly feel the muscles you worked the day after and it works that area.

Dang. I mean I am seriously learning to be ok with the weight I am seeing as it hasn't changed since march so losin inches would be amazing. Guess I'll do zumba twice a day plusthe walking and see if that helps

I do pilates and focus on my sides...I also fous on my thighs as well.

I have a couple of Jillian Micheals but shes just so hard :'( I don't want to even put it in the player haha.

Good start girl!! What is your diet like? Do you eat 5 to 6 times a day and healthy smaller portion meals? I am doing turbofire and I absolutely love it! I even enjoy getting up in the morning to workout can you believe it!!
