Start weight (1/25/11) 196lbs

Start weight for challenge 157lbs

Last weeks weight 156.6

Today 154.0

Goals for next week is....Keep up with my water (done good most of the week). Workout at least 3-5 times next week.

Challenge Goal (Aug 25):  197  REVISED TO 201


I readjusted my challenge goal a couple of weeks ago to 201 so i should definitely/hopefully be able to make that next week.  ;)  i would still LOVE to get out of the 200s though.  next week will be my 6 months too. 

my goals are to eat well, exercise 40-60 minutes per day and try to enjoy being 201 lbs instead of 229 lbs.  lol  ;)

i might be in jury duty all week so that's a potential challenge.  and i think we might be having food day at work next week.

Thanks! I am just happy I lost and didn't gain! You are so close! Got my fingers crossed that you make one-derland next week!

Current weight:  150.4
This weeks weight loss: 2.2


Total it's 32.4 lost for the challenge and 92.9 lost YTD

Last weeks goals:

 I'd like to see something in the 140's. So 2.8 lost would get be there.  Nope. But I'm super close.
But I'd like to see 3.6 dropped. Which would help me get to my August goal of losing 100 pounds. We'll see how it goes. Obviously that one didn't happen either. Which is fine. I know I'm losing inches like crazy the scale doesn't seem to want to reflect that though. 

Next weeks goals:
Well it will be the last weigh in for the month, and the last weigh in for the challenge. Being totally unrealistic here I'd love to see 7.1 pounds dropped. 

Being more realistic: .6 pounds lost to get me into the 140's. 
2.2 pounds lost so that I can say I've lost 95 pounds!

thanks  :)  the good news is that i was stil 201.6 this morning. lol. lots of times i go up on friday.  i weigh in on thursdays officially.  last friday i was like 202.6 or something.

This week loss 2 pounds!!
This week goals to stay on track! Keep water intake up stay in cals and workout when I can! 2 more pounds til my challenge goal weight! So this week 2 pounds! Wish me luck!!
