I can't post my food log to get critiqued WAAHHH :'( and i wanna know so badly if I did good or not BOO!! Why must it toy with me?!

The only thing I see is you didn't really have breakfast. Also I would change The popcorn to non microwave popcorn. Nice job on veggies and fruits momma!

Thanks guys :). The pop corn is there for if I don't catch all my calories or I need a snack in between and it's calorie friendly. Yeah the coffee was my "splurge" lol because my creamer is so high so I don't drink it everyday but when I do I indulge haha. Those shells are really good and they were only $1 at walmart so I stocked up :)

I would be caeful with the processed cheese slices and the turkey lunchmeat...full of sodium and also processed!  Great job otherwise mama!

I get the coffee treat, but you really should eat a better breakfast, how about the coffee midmorning, like a snack, unless of course, you need the coffee to start your day! I would get rid of the cheese slices and use "real" cheese. Don't be scared to eat a few more calories, especially if you are exercising.

Ummm..NO!!! You have to have more than coffee...treats are fine, but they need to be balanced. Eat some toast and PB or something along those lines.
