It's Wednesday! Half way through the week, how are you doing with food and exercise? Hope everyone's having a great week ;)

Doing better then last week...not gorging on candy....and finally made a new low...its not much lower but I havn't seen a new low in a month.

Doing so/so.  Exercise has been great this week, food has been great if you don't count the candy!  I'm having my hubby take all the candy to work today so I can be done with it!

Well I am glad it is Wednesday. Food has been hard for me to get down but I ate a little at a time :/ Exercise has not happened all week but I will pick back up on it when I get 100%. I am almost over this crap!

Not enough fruits and veggies, wish I had more time for working out, but I'm doing something at least. lol

I am doing great with food and exercise. I am finally in the 170s which was my goal for the week. Can't wait to lose more

Food good. Exercise not so much. My kids have slight colds so I can't put them in childcare at the gym. I have been doing little exercises jumping jacks, some core stuff and weights, but what I can do at home is pretty limited. I hope to make up for it tomorrow, Friday and Saturday.
