Fit Yummy Mummy is a program designed by a mom Holly that is based on interval and strength training. You only workout 15 minutes a day with no rest time just giving it your all for 30 seconds then 30 seconds of active recovery and you repeat for no more than 15 minutes. She claims this is much better than cardio for fat loss. Any thoughts on this system? Heres her website Fityummymummy.com she is also on youtube if you search fit yummy mummy.

interesting.  I'm going to look just because I'm curious.  Are you going to try it?  If so let us know if it works!

I was thinking of incorporating some of the workouts into my routine for variety. I like the idea of an intense 15 minute workout, seems easy-ish to squeeze in with the kids, but not sure I could ever rely only on this program.
