Great workout its getting easier which is nice Im going to switch to level 3 on day 20

How much have u lost so far? Today was day 12 for me. Lost about 3 lbs :/

I'm only on day 4 of doing it, I will probably have to stick to level 1 for a while because i can't even make it halfway through before i feel like dying lol. i did it 3 days last week and day 4 all my muscles seized up so bad i could barely walk so i had to take a couple days off of everything.

Im up to 7 pounds i weigh every otherday but Monday is my formal weigh in. The first week i gained 5 pounds from building musical i lost that last week hopping i can lose another 5 this were but that is shooting for the moon. J
how do you like it?

So far i have lost 7 pounds. The workout is great its a 20 min workout that goes over strength training cardio and abs its only $10 it has 3 intensity levels you go through all you need is light weights its good but tough

Stay on level 1 until you feel you can move on i hope it gets better for you
