Ripped in 30 day 2

Chrissydan inspired me to do a daily post for my ripped in 30 program with her 30 day shred posts. :-). Talking about a Jillian michaels DVD if anyone wonders...

I posted on my first day that I'd be doing 3-4 days per week of ripped in 30 and 2-3 days per week of exercise bike, so I'm planning to finish ri30 in 8 weeks. I might finish 30 days sooner than that but my goal is to get at least 30 in by the end of the year.

Today was day 2. Yesterday was a rest day and my obliques were SORE from the side lift thingies. I told dh I was surprised they did me any good because I feel like a fish flopping out of water when I do those. Lol.

Anyway I don't really feel like it's gotten any easier yet. ;). The first 2 circuits don't seem too hard but then the 3rd really gets me sweaty, heart pumping, out of breath!!!

I'm pretty interested to get to week 2 because I did a day of week 2 once and I remember it being REALLY hard. Well I want to do 5 more days of week 1.

Good job! Good for you! I know what you mean about doing an exercise and thinking how can this be even doing ANYTHING when I can barely do it. LOL

Thanks!!! I'm kind of thinking of getting a bob Harper inside out DVD a few weeks after I do ripped in 30

I love the shred and ripped in 30

They helped me (along with Zumba) to lose 39lbs since July! Of course I've been eating better etc so I'm sure that has helped as well.

Glad you're doing this Stefanie!  I've done all 4 levels of Ripped in 30 before...just to try them out... I have to say that Level 2 is my least favorite!
