I have been working on losing weight for years and I am just now making a journal. I don't know what took me so long! lol.
I am planning on posting my food, exercise, weight, measurements, random thoughts and progress pictures. ;)
Starting weight: 258(5/1/2009), size 24/26 pants, 3/4X shirt
Starting over again weight(lol): 232(6/4/2010), size 22 pants, 2/3X shirt
Current weight(6/12): ?? I haven't weighed myself in a while, size 6/8 pants, S/M shirt
Original goal weight: 140
New goal range: 128-138
Daily calorie goal: 1500
Daily burn goal: 2350
Daily steps goal: 10,000
*211 pounds (9/10)*
I am going to take more progress pictures when I get to 138 and again at 128.
