I have been working on losing weight for years and I am just now making a journal. I don't know what took me so long! lol. 

I am planning on posting my food, exercise, weight, measurements, random thoughts and progress pictures. ;) 

-My stats-

Height: 5'4

Starting weight: 258(5/1/2009), size 24/26 pants, 3/4X shirt

Starting over again weight(lol): 232(6/4/2010), size 22 pants, 2/3X shirt

Current weight(6/12): ?? I haven't weighed myself in a while, size 6/8 pants, S/M shirt

Original goal weight: 140

New goal range: 128-138

Daily calorie goal: 1500

Daily burn goal: 2350

Daily steps goal: 10,000

*211 pounds (9/10)*

*194 (11/3/10)*

*168 (2/28/11)*

*148 (10/6/11)*

I am going to take more progress pictures when I get to 138 and again at 128.

Breakfast- 1 cup black coffee unsweetened, 3/4 cup pumpkin flax granola, 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk. 

The granola is a cheat for me. I don't normally eat anything with cane juice or sugar added. 

Lunch- 1/2 cup black beans, 1/2 cup quinoa, 2 scrambled egg whites, 1/2 cup bell pepper, 1 clove garlic. 40g fresh baby spinach with 1/2 cup sliced strawberries on top.

I ate another 3/4 cup granola, 50g of baby spinach and a carrot. I didn't even come close to my calories. I started feeling sick and I lost my appetite. :( I think I am getting the cold that has been going around. :/

I forgot to add that I am trying to lose 2 pounds per week. I would love to be 132 by the end of the year!

Breakfast- 1 banana, 8oz unsweetened black coffee.

That is all I had time for before I walked Gavin to school. I am going to eat something else in a minute. Scrambled egg whites and toast sounds good. :)

Snack- I ate 4 scrambled egg whites and 2 pieces of sprouted barley bread. My appetite is definitely back! Lol

Lunch- Basil pesto tilapia, 50g baby spinach, 1 cup steamed broccoli, 1 carrot (31g), 4 blackberries and my daily vitamin (Vitamin Code RAW).

Exercise- 50min No More Trouble Zones

Snacks- banana, 1 tbs earth balance peanut butter, 1 piece sprouted barley bread, cheerios with unsweetened almond milk

Exercise- 20 minutes Pilates

Dinner- 1 cup black beans, 20g bell pepper, 20g tomatoes, 2 egg whites, 1 clove garlic, cayenne pepper, 1.5 cups broccoli, 40g baby spinach, 1 carrot

Exercise- 18 minutes Pilates Bun & Thigh workout

Calories consumed- 1259

Calories burned- 2488

Calorie deficit- 1229

I wore my 2.5 pound ankle weights on the walk to pick up the boys. It looked like I had giant cankles under my jeans! lol

Breakfast- 12oz unsweetened black coffee, banana, 1 piece sprouted barley bread with 1 tbsp earth balance peanut butter (283 calories)

Lunch- 4 egg whites, 1/2 cup black beans, 30g red bell pepper, 20g tomatoes, 1 clove garlic, cayenne pepper, 1/2 banana, 40g spinach

Snacks- 40g spinach, 1 piece sprouted barley bread, 4 blackberries

Dinner- Pesto tilapia, mashed cauliflower/potatoes,  1 cup steamed broccoli and 1/2 cup steamed carrots

I have been craving bananas, carrots and peanut butter like crazy this week! I have no idea why. They aren't completely unhealthy cravings so I've been indulging. I figure there is probably something in them that I need.

Holy moly chickroo!!! Look at u! You look awesum!! What an inspiration! I'm around ur 2nd starting weight. You give me hope that it CAN be done!
