After Pregnancy Ab workout?

Hey moms!!

I had my son two months ago and I was wondering if anyone knew a great work out for abs to help tone them up. Thanks


*oh and maybe a biceps work out too :)

Well, if you're looking for an ab workout, Jillian Michaels has a 6 week 6 pack workout that I hear is good.  Not sure about just a bicep workout but her other DVDs are great for total body workouts!  Good luck!

I had my son 2 months ago as well, and I have been doing any ab workout I can get my hands on. I prefer standing abs dvds. Like "definded dancers abs".

Just be careful that you wait until your abs are back where the should be because if you work them too soon after birth they could reattach to your body wrong..hope that makes sense.idk how long you have to give them though,gl momma

yeah i was thinking a dance  video or something, ill look into jillian's i have also heard she is great thanks <3
