40 min workout. On way to bday party so there bemore moving around.

At bday party was on feet 90% time and if I sat I was up within few moments. Plus walked the mall. So about 30 mins of walking.

I was going to rest but went to olive garden and ate all my caloires and I has none for dinner...LOL so I did 60 mins high intense 80s work out I found on netflix...LOL

I had set out for an 8 mile run, but my IT band was acting up, so I only was able to do 5, and walked the last of those.  Then I fell chasing my son in the yard afterward, so my knees and shins are all skinned up too.  Fun.

Walked and ran with me family, I also nurses all day.
