please do my dads bmr? hes 5'11 280 and 49 y/o he doesn't work out I just want to prove to him that eating two small meals a day isnt healthy

No problem! 

BMR: 2383 

Maintenace at sedentary: 2383*1.2=2859

To lose 1 lb per week: 2850-500=2359 ( not recommended as it is below BMR)

He definitely needs to eat more than 2 meals per day!!!
