New Year's Challenge Day 26: Keep Track
Do you keep a food or exercise diary? Research has shown that keeping a food diary can help your weight loss efforts dramatically. Writing down what you eat can help you think more about what you're eating on a daily basis and make you more aware of bad eating behavior.
Your activity for January 28 is: Start Keeping Track. If you don't keep a journal in our journals forum, start one now. Post about what you eat, how much you exercise, or any other healthy changes you make to your lifestyle. If journaling isn't for you, take a look at all the awesome journals in this group for inspiration and motivation, and share your comments to encourage those moms.
