To atleast get in my walking everyday and try not to stress.

My goals are to get in all 6 days of Insanity this week...I'm re-doing week 2 as I skipped 3 days last week and that isn't good enough for me...getting it done right this week!  I also need to get in a few runs with at least one long run:)

Here's my plan - 

Monday - Insanity & cross training at the gym (bike, elliptical, & treadmill)

Tuesday - Insanity & 5 mile run

Wednesday - Insanity & cross training at the gym 

Thursday - 8-10 mile run

Friday - Insanity & cross training at the gym

Saturday - Insanity & 5 mile run

Burn 2000 calories.
Eat about 1600 per day.
Keep trying to eat healthier.
Find my NO MORE TROUBLE ZONES DVD!!! lol. I used the library's for months, finally got my own 3 weeks ago, lost it 2 weeks ago. It's hiding wherever half my socks are. Lol
