hello I'm new to the group I'm married and a mother of 4. I'm really excited about the new year my goal is to lose some weight if u all kno any good foods let me know and again hello.

 Welcome! And all food is good food as long as it's not white! LOL no white bread (only whole grains) no white potatoes, rice, pasta, or sugar.  Drink at least 64 ozs of water plus 1 oz for each pound you are over weight!

Hello and welcome to the group.  I see your screen name... that is def. not a good thing to eat..lol.  My name is Lucky and I just started as well.  fruits, veggies, lean protein, whole grains, and lots and lots of water.  Sprinkle with some exercise and you should be good to go.

Welcome! Veggies are the very best but I eat all kinds of foods. ;). I count calories on myfitnesspal.com. Good luck!!! :)

thanks ladies. and a friend of mine told me nothing white I've never tryed whole grain but I'm goin food shopping tomorrow. N yes i know no no no cupcakes but the name fit me because I'm sweet :-)
