And all I've done is watch what I've ate, counted calories and cut out soda and fast food! Haven't even added any exercise in yet. Pretty good start :-) this lifestyle change isn't so bad.

I just started and lost 4 pounds this week! With everything you did and 4 days of 25 min workouts at home.

Great job mama and if you want to incorporate exercise in your regemin i suggest just going for walks either one 30 minute walk or you can do 3 ten minute walks throughout the day!! Congrats again!! :-)
