3 lbs the first week (average 1.2 lbs per week since)

2lbs my first week.

I wasn't logging calories yet (I didn't until about a month in) so I'm sure sodium held me back.  I was also working out on my Wii.

I started at 221lbs.

I was counting cals and doing 10 min of marching and babywear. Now I'm anywhere from 30 min to 60 min cardio and strength.
I started at 161 got down to 131 then gain 10 back now I'm at 136. And back on track!!

Count calories using MFP, drinking only water, 30 day shred 5 days a week

I don't even remember as that was so long ago!  LOL!  I've lost and gained the same weight for a long time, but I'm NOT giving up and I'm finally losing now!  I've gone from 181 to 171 since the first of the year...most of it was holiday weight, but I will keep my focus on the prize and get those numbers down!
