9 .... ahhhh, pure cardio.... you mean pure torture? lol!! feeling a
little more optimistic today than yesterday though... i guess i can make
it...
Day 8.... cardio power and resistance... omg... felt like crap today... feelin like i will never be able to make it through 60 days of this torture....
Ugh day 6... plyo... I think it was worse this time than the first! But I def did better on the warmup! Thank God tomorrow is a rest day!

5... pure cardio... I don't even know what to say about that.

Didn't seem as bad... but I def could have worked harder. Too many breaks...

I almost cried on the bball drills....literally....

I did my fit test today.... I'm horribly out of shape. I suck smh lol!
