I started eating healthy and exercising on January 2nd.

Starting weight: 185

Current weight: 176

9 lbs down so far!!

I started off eating 1200 calories per day, but now have upped that to 1500.

Doing 30 day shred and Pilates 6 days per week.

Goal weight: 135

41 lbs to go!!

Snuck in more strength work in my legs today. It was awesome!! Ran a mile @9:00 pace as a warm up and then another mile @8:06 pace at the end!! Also planks :)

Annual 4 on the 4th race today.
My watch said it was 3.96 miles... 37:02, 9:21 pace.

Official time: 37:14
9:25 pace
Came in #252 out of 418 people.
#27 out of 53 women in my age category. Not bad :)
