I started eating healthy and exercising on January 2nd.

Starting weight: 185

Current weight: 176

9 lbs down so far!!

I started off eating 1200 calories per day, but now have upped that to 1500.

Doing 30 day shred and Pilates 6 days per week.

Goal weight: 135

41 lbs to go!!

10 min yoga and 30 min Pilates. Felt good to move my body. I'm super drained now. But I'm ok with that...I can lie on the couch for the rest of the day :)

No exercising for me this week. Yesterday's workout nearly killed me, and it very short and very light. Ate very well today, and hoping to stay within my calories this week.

Great food day.
Bfast: toast with butter and a banana
Snack: granola bar
Lunch: grilled cheese w Swiss and an apple
Snack: granola bar
Dinner: turkey goulash
Snack: popcorn and probably a banana
Early bedtime for me...going back to work tomorrow.

Ok yesterday I went over only calories, but it was my birthday so that's ok. Still had a .4 lb loss too so I'm happy!!
Back to eating well today :)

I went grocery shopping today and bought a bunch of great stuff!! Money has been tight lately and I wasn't able to get real quality food. Today I'm so excited!! I got...
Strawberries
Raspberries
Blackberries
Apples
Bananas
Lots of salad stuff
Cashews
Greek yogurt (a lot!)
Organic pasteurized butter
Lots of frozen veggies, including cauliflower so I can mash it in place of potatoes
This afternoon for lunch I had a big salad with strawberries and cashews in it...it was awesome!!

Decided I need to journal my food in here as well as MFP today. I need to stay accountable!!
Bfast: coffee, oatmeal, banana w pb
Snack: pear
Lunch: salad, 1/2 oz cashews
Snack: Greek yogurt, apple
Dinner: 4 oz baked chicken, 1 cup mashed cauliflower

That's the plan so far, minus evening snacks :)

Ok, had my coffee, oatmeal and banana w pb for bfast. Bringing the pear to work for snack :)
