I started off eating 1200 calories per day, but now have upped that to 1500.
Doing 30 day shred and Pilates 6 days per week.
Goal weight: 135
41 lbs to go!!

143 lbs today!! I would love to be down to 135 again by Easter. I'm going to visit my family in CT and it would be great to be back down to my lowest weight again :)
Once I'm back at 135 I'm thinking I'm gonna try to lose another 5-10 lbs. I want good muscle definition in my legs and tummy so I need to get rid of all this fat first lol

Wednesday is normally a rest day for me, but I may not get a workout in tomorrow so I'm gonna try to get to the gym today. Maybe a spin class :)

I know I shouldn't weigh every day...144 today. I know it's not a lb of fat. But it still sucks. Oh well. Gonna try to get to gym today, but not sure if it'll happen. Lara has an allergist appt and then a chorus/band concert. We'll see :)

BAD food choices last night! But still at 144 so I'm happy :)
Back to the grind today...decreasing my daily calories from 1850 to 1650 to see if I lose a little faster. Also thinking about taking a fish oil or flax seed oil supplement as well as vitamin c. Or maybe I can find a multivitamin with those in it :)
