I started eating healthy and exercising on January 2nd.

Starting weight: 185

Current weight: 176

9 lbs down so far!!

I started off eating 1200 calories per day, but now have upped that to 1500.

Doing 30 day shred and Pilates 6 days per week.

Goal weight: 135

41 lbs to go!!

Had a salad w evvo and vinegar. Threw some cashews on top :)

Ok, instead of yogurt and apple I ended up with berries and mango for snack.

5 oz baked chicken w evoo, garlic and oregano and cauliflower for dinner. All while Nick and Dylan ate KFC. Ahhhh mac n cheese and biscuits....

so far today I've had bfast
3 eggs cooked in coconut oil w salsa and cheddar cheese
banana
Lots of calories but very filling. Trying to limit obvious carbs and add good fats so I'm willing to sacrifice calories a bit. Plus I may not even be hungry for a snack before lunch so I'll make up the calories that way.

Going to the dr today...had to stop taking my meds bc I broke out in a rash. Dr wants to listen to my lungs again and give me something else. Hoping this puts me on the road to recovery :)

I am 140.8 lbs this morning!
So close to the 130s I'm so psyched!!
My first goal is to get back down to 135 so I'm so happy that I'm this close!
Then I want to get down to 125 I think. Then I can really concentrate on toning everything without all this pesky fat lying around :)

Good news! No more pneumonia! Just the "post-infection crud" as my dr called it. Just trying to recover...may take up to 6 weeks to feel better. That part is crappy but at least no more meds.
Oh and on the dr scale with boots on I was only 139.5 lbs :) :)

Lunch was a Greek yogurt and an apple dipped in pb
Having a hard time finding non-carby things to eat. I mean, we have plenty of fruit but I don't want to eat it all in one day.
Another apple for snack :)

Oh man total dinner fail. Went to a nice restaurant for dinner for my birthday. Food was delish but made me so sick. Lots of wine too. Had a great time though. Guzzling my water and hitting the gym to WALK on the treadmill in a bit :/

Bfast: banana w pb
Snack: blueberry greek yogurt

Went to the gym!!!
Did 30 min on the treadmill, walking @3.4 mph on an incline. Also 25 min strength and 5 min abs/stretching.
I feel so awesome!!!
