I started eating healthy and exercising on January 2nd.

Starting weight: 185

Current weight: 176

9 lbs down so far!!

I started off eating 1200 calories per day, but now have upped that to 1500.

Doing 30 day shred and Pilates 6 days per week.

Goal weight: 135

41 lbs to go!!

At a football party.
Lunch: pulled pork
Dinner: potato skins (I grabbed two before they made it into the deep fryer) with bacon, cheese and sour cream. Yum!
No carby foods today!!

Evening snacks:
Egg whites w peppers, onions, cheese cooked in coconut oil :)

Pear and a few crackers. Carby but good :/

Down to 140.4!! Even lower than before my night out :) :)
Yesterday was a great day. Today Nick and I are going to the gym. Not sure what I'll do yet. My arms are a bit sore from my strength workout (yay!) so maybe just cardio and abs? Just so psyched to be able to exercise again :) :)

Bfast: coffee, then a banana pb smoothie. Made with 6 oz plain greek yogurt, 1 cup 1% milk, 1 banana and 1 tbsp pb. I split it with Dylan :)

Snack: pear w cinnamon

Lunch: oatmeal w pb and an
apple

Dinner: goulash. I did have a serving of noodles with it, bc I needed the calories :/

138.8 today!!!! Yay 130's :) :)
Planning a run/walk at the gym later. Maybe even some abs.
