I started eating healthy and exercising on January 2nd.

Starting weight: 185

Current weight: 176

9 lbs down so far!!

I started off eating 1200 calories per day, but now have upped that to 1500.

Doing 30 day shred and Pilates 6 days per week.

Goal weight: 135

41 lbs to go!!

Well, not exactly a whole cheat day. Just an hour :)
Had a few cookies and some Teddy Grahams. Kid foods with Henry :)

Lunch: 2 cheesesticks and a Luna bar
Snack: cookies :/
Dinner: baked chicken with Brussels sprouts
Snacks: Teddy Grahams :/
Mixed berries w greek yogurt
All in all not terrible. Stayed within my BMR at least. Planning to workout after Henry goes to bed. No gym today :(
