So hypothetically......

If I ate 3 smaller donuts for breakfast....

Would eating a lighter lunch and lighter dinner... And doing my 30 day shred twice combat the huge callories I just ate?

I feel so guilty! It's not hypothetical, I ate 3 donuts! I could have just eaten 1 but I ate all 3 they were so good! Help.

I'd workout as much as it takes to burn the calories I ate in donuts. How many calories was that?? Lol

Probably 900 calories or close to it.

Ya have small snacks and lunch and dinner try and have more veggies and protein. Also drink lots of water.

Make sure you get your workout in today too. And if you can do more like a walk or deep clean your house :)
