 Not sure if I am working out today. I feel like I have been hit by a car. My entire body aches and I have no Idea why :( I have been workingout for a month now so it's not soreness it is achiness.

Just did 80 minutes total - 20 Turbo Jam Cardio, 40 minutes sculpt and 20 minutes abs

In about 25 minutes I am gonna do my day 5 of 30 day sculpt (I did an alternative excersize yesterday, 6-20 minute elementary gym classes) :)

Hopefully I can get through it, my knee is a bit sore.

Going to do zumba tonight at the gym and possibly what my personal trainer taught me after that.

I started Jillian Michaels ripped in 30 today. I am a little embarrassed that I only made it about 20 minutes before collapsing on my couch. I know that I will just keep with it and will eventually make it. Just got to keep going! I was also a little worried about some of the jumps. My ankle still hasn't healed a the way from where I broke it back in October. I do not want to break it again and have the long healing process to start all over again.

Here in a little bit I'm doing 30 minutes of belly dancing. Tonight I'm doing the 30 day challenge and then yoga.
