The salt water flush? I used it back a few months ago and it helped me loose alot of my water weight, and I was seeing my workout results better.
Only downside is its disgusting!

And SO NOT HEALTHY for your body.
I would rather NOT wreck my metabolism.
I eat heathly in my calorie range , exercise and drink water. I'm loosing weight and I feel great.

Negative. Drinking a salt water solution in addition to a laxative is not healthy by any stretch of imagination. Eating a whole foods diet, drinking enough water and exercise is all anyone's body needs as it is a self cleansing entity.

I had never heard of it before so I looked it up. That does not sound like fun at all! It doesn't sound safe either. I would rather just up my water and veggies. If you eat enough fruit and veggies it will certainly clean you out. Lol!
