Autumns Journal For 2012

Hey everyone im back. its been almost a year since ive made an entry into my other journal so im starting a new one.

stopped my workouts in April when i found out i was pregnant (i know not an excuse lol). but its been 7 weeks and im finally ready to motivate myself.

My goal for the yr is to either get down to a size 13 or 160.

last time i weighed myself i was about 190 give or take some lbs.

cant wait to get started.

I did workout today.

i speed walk.

i walked a mile and a half in about 30 mins.

so i havnt been doing so good with the working out :( it seems like i never have time to get an actual work out in. Being home alon 5 days a week with 2 kids doesnt leave much spare time.i i just want my husband home already to give me that extra time :(

What about getting up early or do a dvd after they are in bed! Fit it in! Your important!

i go to bed the same time they do :( and in the mornings i barley get up in time to get ready and clean up before the boy i babysit gets here. today i did put my moby on and wear emily while i was cleaning though. In 3 weeks dh will be home and ill be able to work out in the evenings but until then ill just have to get creative with walks and going to the park.
