Does anyone know the best way to "detox" or "fast" to cleanse their body to begin losing weight? Or dyou think it's neccessary?

Personally, I don't think it's nessary. Our bodies clean out themselves. With a healthy diet and exercise, there is no reason to do a "cleanse" or a "detox". On my opinion, they don't much besides give you loose stools, which of course will make you loose weight, but it's not healthy. I put them in the same catagory as "fade" diets.
There are a lot of factual articles out there that say they are unnessary, proving they don't do much. I have found no factual reports of them being "good" for your body. :)

There is NO need to do either. All they end up doing is damaging organs and slow down your metabolism.
Eat healthy with in calorie range, exercise and drink water.
