Its ok to lose weight while pregnant as long as you aren't doing anything extreme to do so and its just the change in your eating habits. You can work out as long as you feel comfortable nothing to strenuous though and its good you are going about this better the second time around. Good luck and keep up the good work! :) Remember just because you are pregnant doesn't mean you actually have to eat for two.
Keep it up.

Ok. Baby does not any sugars or junk so don't worry thatt u cut thatt stuff out. Good job. As long as ur eating healthy your baby will be fine. I lost 20 or so lbs due to morning sickness and I still ended up having a 7lb baby. :)
Keep it up.
I've found both prenatal pilaties and prenatal yoga that i've been doing those daily and switching between the two. and once the ice completely goes away I'll be taking dd on walks daily. lol and yeah i wish i would have known that with dd. LOL.

I'd go with your doctor's recommendations. It can be safe to lose weight while pregnant. I did by default- my doctor recommended I try not to gain any weight (I did end up gaining 12 lbs because I went on a baking binge in the last 10 weeks of pregnancy). Keep doing what you're doing, mama! Good luck!!
