Me, I find its necessary to exercise daily to feel focused, energized, and healthy. So I'm currently exercising 4 or more days per week but moving to 6 days per week. What about you??

Right now I am in training for triathlon season .... so I am exercising 7 days a week.

5 or 6... With turbo jam that I'm getting, the schedule is for 5 days a week I think. And when I'm done with that I'm going to do the couch to 5k to get ready for my first 5k.... And that program is 3 days per week so I think I'll still do turbo jam or something else on a couple other days.
