Hi Nicole! Welcome! Just curious 110 isn't to low for 5'4"? I'm 4'11 1/2" and when i weighed 108 i was looking a little too thin. Like i said just curious:)
Hi-- Get Excited & Stay Excited!!!
Your healthy weight is actually dependent upon your height, age, and frame.
If you are between the ages 25-59 and your height is 4'11 1/2 with a SMALL frame then your weight of 108 is actually in the median range-- which is GREAT!! But if your frame is Medium to Large, then your weight (108) would below what it is supposed to be.
My disclaimer, lol, I am not giving medical advice... this is educational information :-)
Welcome Nicole-- Get Excited & Stay Excited!!
You and I have a lot in common. We are the same height and when I was 110 lbs because I have a small frame, that weight was actually below where I was supposed to be. I am supposed to be in the 114-127 range. And I'm about 6lbs away from my ideal weight which is to stay at and maintain 120 lbs or even 115lbs.
If you have a medium to large frame and you're age is 25-59 then your weight ranges would be:
Medium frame: 124-138
Large frame: 134-151
I don't know where you are at now. But just be careful at how much weight you lose.
When I was younger my weight would always fluctuate between 105-115... it drove me nuts!! That's because I have a naturally HIGH metabolism... my doctors and athletic trainers didn't know what to do about that a long time ago... it had even taken me years to break into the 100s lbs range, lol. Now I'm 29 and I'm still battling maintaining a healthy weight margin... which I'm working on with doing this 90 Day Health Challenge... I'm only now 6lbs away from the weight that my doctor recommends that I be at and where I actually want to be.
I hope this helps :-)
Blessings,
Tresie
