for people that know about vitamins please help.

So about a week before my period I get really irritable and tired. Is there anything I can take to help with that? I have heard vit B is good for that. Please help I hate feeling like this.

Well, I suppose you could take a multivitamin (probably should take that anyway), but I don't know if it will help with the issues you're describing.  We all get like that right before TOM comes, so I'm not sure there's much you can do it about it, other than have a glass of wine:)

Now with the getting tired part, a multivitamin can help with that, but your diet and exercise will make a big difference too:)

Darby is right. That is completely normal for most women.

I take Fish Oil, Vitamin B, and a multi-vitamin. I take the B and Fish Oil to lower my cholesterol...I also eat well and exercise 6 days per week. The only reason my energy is sapped is due to allergies, but hopefully after I start the shots it will help immensely.
