Biscuits and gravy. Not the healthiest but it's yummy. Everything in moderation :-)

Sunday is my most indulgent breakfast of the week. 2 eggs scrambled with diced onions, peppers, garlic, breakfast sausage with cheese. Oh and coffee :)

I'm having a omlet with cheese, mushrooms and spinach in a wrap. Side with apple slices and kiwis. And a chia tea :)
