Insanity Power Cardio & Resistance and Insanity Upper Body Weight Training...almost 1.5 hours of Insanity this morning!
I'm doing 30 day shred level 1 day 6, 3 circuits of no more trouble zones, 10 minutes of cardio (ill do jumping jacks, jumping rope, etc...) And 10 minutes of abs.
Original plan was to walk/run 5k on the treadmill. Along came a good old nor'easter so plans changed after I shovelled for at least an hour, only did 2.5k instead. I think we got more than a foot of snow and for some reason our yard and driveway is a snow magnet, we had more snow than anyone else on our street.
Yay, I can actually add exercise for today. lol I did 45 mins of Dance Central earlier and then an hour walk with hubby this evening. I feel awesome!!
