I made pot roast in my crock pot! Then side it with mashed potatoes and green beans! I was SO YUMMY!

Easy Chicken Enchilada Casserole

2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1 onion, chopped
1 cup taco sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 corn tortillas

Recipe

Combine chicken, onion and taco sauce. Tear tortillas into pieces. In baking pan, alternate layers of chicken mixture, cheese and tortillas. Pour soup over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes
