What can I do to loose the weight while breast feeding
I agree with the pp...make sure you're eating enough to support your milk supply, get in some exercise, drink plenty of water, and eat healthy foods!
You can do it!!
Have you checked out babyfit.com? It's a site through sparkpeople.com that's for pregnant and breastfeeding moms that want to get healthy. I would highly recommend checking it out!
Take your prenatal vitamins, too, because your needs are similar to when you were pregnant, and your milk will sap your vitamin and mineral stores.
Have you ever heard of eating clean? This is a very safe way to eat while nursing.
Good luck!

breastfeeding alone burns 500-800 calories a day :) so that alone can help you!
drink plenty of water, eat healthy, and exercising as well will help.. dont' diet, just don't eat junk foods, because you want to make sure you aren't hurting baby or yourselves nutrician.. so subing a bag of chips for a bag of grapes for a snack, etc.
Great advice!
