What are your plans/goals this week ladies? What are your workout plans? Share with us!
This week will be a bit challenging for me as I have some things to do that might get in the way of my workouts, but I'm determined to work through them and get it done! Plus I feel like if I write out my plan, I'll actually stick with it! LOL!
Monday - Insanity & 3-4 mile run
Tuesday - Insanity & 4-6 mile run (this will be interesting as I have to get the oil changed in hubby's truck, so I'll attempt to run while they're doing the work...I'll be running on the sidewalk of a busy road, so hopefully things go well! LOL!)
Wednesday - Insanity & 4-5 mile run
Thursday - Insanity & 8-10 mile run (this should be my long run, but I'm meeting a friend to run with, and I'm not sure how many miles I'll get in)
Friday - Insanity & 8-10 mile run (if I don't get in my long run on Thursday, then I'll do it on Friday)
Saturday/Sunday - We might be going camping since my son is feeling better, and if that's the case, then no workouts for me! We'll see though:)

I just sent you a PM...not sure why you keep quoting my replies and not commenting...you've done this to me in more than one group, and it just doesn't make any sense.

Week 5 of C25K. Try to watch my sugar intake, not counting fruits and veggies. Lose 2lbs this week!! Can't wait for saturday, I start with my personal trainier!! I hope to see big changes with her in the weeks to come!!
Survive.....
Today:
Take Lilly to school, change the litterboxes, get the oil changed in the van, supposed to have a Chiropractor appt at 10:30- Karli is pretty sick so I'm going to cancel it, Turbo Jam and maybe some Brazil Butt Lift if Karli will let me, lunch, shower, pick Lilly up from school, homework, Karate at 4, make dinner for Karli and Heath, take Lilly back to school for a meeting about their Spring Festival in March, home for showers and bed...
Tomorrow: Clean house, Turbo Jam, run 3 miles, go to the bank, take and pick up Lilly from school, make dinner, take Lilly to karate, home for showers and bed time..
Wednesday: clean house, change litterboxes, make sure the cats have food and water to last for 10 days, PACK, Turbo Jam, dinner, showers, bedtime
Thursday: take Lilly to school, make sure everything is ready to go, pack the car with luggage, movies, toy bags, etc...check Lilly out at noon, lunch, and then LEAVE for vacation!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Friday: Go for a run, and try to maintain sanity
Saturday: Get up early, drive to Orlando, fill out paperwork, take pictures, and oh yeah... GET ON THE SHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sunday: eat, eat, eat, eat, eat and pretty much do NOTHING but look at the gorgeous Caribbean Sea as we head to Mexico!!! Woot!
