I got some 8 and 10lb weights to have at home so I could do p90x at home when hubby is gone.....and I also bought a waist trimmer belt thing (it also comes with a cold/hot back that fits in a pocket for lower back pain...which will be great for my lower back pain) I mainly want to workout in to keep my really loose skin in place so the momentum of my skin does not make my pants falls down...the alternative is extra tight pants that give me a huge muffin top. Since I really dont want to lose weight anywhere but my belly area I'm also hoping it helps me lose the inches there if I wear it every day (I'm a healthy weight at 133lbs) but I know short of a tummy tuck which I have no money for I'm hoping this thing will get me closer to looking to where I want to be...wishful thinking I know but it's all I got at this point....short of winning the lottery. So this is day 1.....I'm gonna post a new journal and whenever i see changes I'll make a post. (start it tonight after my evening workout)
And yes i'm be drinking lots of water! Wish me luck...lol.

Get yourself some higher-waisted pants, ideally with a drawstring. I have the same issue with pants, and this seems to help. I also don't get pants that are at all loose in the waist- they must be snug! Otherwise, yeah, they tend to fall if I'm running or jumping.
